Responsibilities:
- Receiving and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and out)
- Information center - provide extensive information to guests
- Guest service
- Accompanying the guests to the room and explaining the functions
- Front office
- Process and forward inquiries, in writing and via the switchboard
- Reservation acceptance and processing
- Booking the services to guest accounts and cash management
- Invoice control and invoicing
Requirements:
- Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel secretary or office clerk
- Good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is an advantage
- High flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work alternately on weekends and public holidays
