Local tourist tax
These services are collected by the municipality :
- On presentation of a severely handicapped ID card, you will receive a corresponding exemption or a reduced visitor's tax contribution from 80% with / without B
- Business travelers are completely exempt from the local tourist tax.
To do this, simply fill out the "exemption from the resort fee application" upon arrival!
The tariffs are per person and day of stay:
- EUR 3,10 for adults
- EUR 1,55 for children (7 to 16 years)
- EUR 2,50 for severely disabled people (at least GdB 80 percent)
- EUR 1,20 for severely disabled children (at least GdB 80 percent)
Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled people with GdB 100% and all accompanying persons
(in ID with "B" registered - please present this upon arrival/CheckIN) are still exempt from the resort tax.
In return, you will receive your guest card with a variety of benefitshow discounted entrance fees and the free use of all public buses (RVO buses) in the district.
- The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel - calculation begins on the day of arrival. No tourist tax is charged on the day of departure.
- After you check-in, you will receive your guest card at reception – paper or digital.
- Take advantage by simply showing your spa or guest card to the individual service providers.
Take advantage of your guest card benefits on the day of arrival - especially free bus travel. Register before the day of arrival Pre-CheckIN and enter your details for the guest card in advance. (*) Please note that if there are children aged 0-16, please provide the exact dates of birth here. Otherwise they will be incorrectly charged as adults at the local tourist tax. - Unused inclusive services the flat rate can not reimbursed or redeemed in CASH.
- For your desired journey (depending on the timetable) we ask timely registration or Reservation at the reception.
DISCOUNT promotions:
Child discounts can only with 2 full payers granted in the room.
Various special discounts are only on max 2 full payers applicable/redeemable in the room. Reduced children's discounts and flat rates, additional persons and services as well as additional nights are excluded from these special discounts.
Children's packages / additional persons:
* Children (0-2 years) to spend the night is free in the parents' bed or in a baby cot brought with you. (except for double room cat. B - here it is not possible to accommodate a baby cot due to space restrictions)
For a Cot (on request and depending on availability): Surcharge of EUR 18,00 per item and night .
Dinner with pleasure as part of the parents' half-board (Robber plate: children 0-2 years) or optional a la carte of our children's dishes.
* Children (3-5 years): in the parents' bed or on the existing sofa bed, against Surcharge from EUR 28,00 per child and night Breakfast included.
Dinner can be chosen a la carte of our children's dishes.
* Children (6-12 years): Please refer to the respective package deal: The price goes without saying per child for 3 or 7 Overnight stays including children's half-board and trips to choose from.
