For beginners, short tours from Alpina, for example towards “greenstone” with its hut open in summer or a hike to the “Picturesque circular hiking trail” at the world famous “Konigssee“, where you can admire one of the most beautiful views. For hiking enthusiasts or more experienced holidaymakers, slightly longer tours from the Alpina, for example towards the mountain massif "Watzmann"This mountain with its 2 peaks is the flagship of Berchtesgaden and with a height of 2713 meters the highest mountain completely on German soil. The tour goes from the hotel about 3 1/2 hours up to the Watzmannhaus. From there you can of course hike further. However, this should only be attempted with trained staff.
