- Use of Indoor swimming pool (28°-30°), Outdoor pool (depending on weather conditions), Sunbathing lawns in the park, Fitness room, sauna and infrared cabin
- 1 trip on the Königssee to St. Bartholomä - according to timetable, registration via reception: can only be booked daily for the next day or
- With a stay of 7 nights additionally 1 ascent and descent with the historical Obersalzberg railway according to timetable - ticket available at reception
