Tasks:
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and check-out)
- Information centre - provide extensive information to guests
- Guest service
- Accompanying guests to their room and explaining the functions
- Front Office
- Processing and forwarding enquiries, in writing and via the switchboard
- Reservation acceptance and processing
- Posting services to guest accounts and cash management
- Invoice control and invoicing
Prerequisites:
- Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel secretary or office clerk
- German and good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is an advantage
- High flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work alternating weekends and public holidays
- Strong guest and service orientation
- Well-groomed appearance and manners
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with guests
- Well-groomed appearance and positive charisma
