Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and out)
  • Information center - provide extensive information to guests
  • Guest service
  • Accompanying the guests to the room and explaining the functions
  • Front office
  • Process and forward inquiries, in writing and via the switchboard
  • Reservation acceptance and processing
  • Booking the services to guest accounts and cash management
  • Invoice control and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel secretary or office clerk
  • Good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is an advantage
  • High flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work alternately on weekends and public holidays
  • strong guest and service orientation
  • well-groomed appearance and manners
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with guests
  • Well-groomed appearance and positive charisma
