Dreamlike Hiking trails lead directly from Stoll's Alpina out into the impressive mountain landscape of Berchtesgaden.
Short tours from the Alpina are suitable for beginners, for example in the direction of „Greenstone“ with its hut, which is open in summer, or a hike to the „Picturesque circular hiking trail“ at the world-famous „Königssee„, where you can marvel at one of the most beautiful views. A further selection of hiking trails is available on site from our trained hotel staff.
For hiking enthusiasts or more experienced holidaymakers, slightly longer tours from the Alpina are suitable, for example towards the mountain massif „Watzmann“. This mountain with its 2 peaks is the figurehead of Berchtesgaden and with a height of 2713 metres is the highest mountain entirely on German soil. The tour takes about 3 1/2 hours from the hotel up to the Watzmannhaus. From there you can of course hike even further. However, this should only be attempted with trained staff.
In addition, a tour on the high-altitude hiking trail is highly recommended (Brandkopf/Vorderbrand/Brüggenlehen/Carl-von-Linde-Weg).
